Orders can be placed through WhatsApp after confirming stock availability and pricing.
We currently accept payments only through UPI and direct bank transfer.
Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
We currently ship only within South India.
We primarily ship through courier services like The Professional Courier. Please note that they do not offer home delivery; customers must pick up orders from the nearest courier office.
Delivery timelines vary depending on location, but typically take 3-7 business days.
Live animals, plants, opened pet food, and used accessories cannot be returned.
If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, report it within 24 hours with photo or video proof.
